InterCharter is a yacht charter broker, registered under n. 31 in the "Ruolo dei Mediatori Marittimi di Trieste" (Trieste Ship and Yacht Brokers Registry).

That is why our commitment is to guide our clients through all the phases of their charter experience: first by assisting them in the choice of the most suitable yacht and advising them about terms and conditions of the charter agreement, then by arranging all the details of their the stay on board and at last by providing assistance during the cruise, whenever needed, until the moment of disembarkation and the fulfilment of the contract.
We always try to select yachts that stand out for the care they are managed with and for the competence of their crew; furthermore we aim to provide all support to make the whole charter experience enjoyable and carefree. That means:

Fabio Samec

Fabio began his career in the marine industry in 1980, when he started managing a boat building and repair yard, while studying for his degree in mechanical engineering. In 1990, once designed and built his own yacht, a 60 'cutter, he began to concentrate on crewed-charter, an activity that allowed him to sail more than 150,000 miles across the Mediterranean Sea and the Caribbean. Having acquired a considerable experience in the yacht charter field Fabio founded "Intercharter" in 1999, with headquarters in Panama; later on, in 2004 he moved the company to Italy. Since then, beside his yacht charter broker activity, he's been teaching shipbuilding classes and following various projects within the marine industry.

Francesca Pettoello
registered under n. 49 in the "Ruolo dei Mediatori Marittimi di Trieste" (Ship and Yacht Brokers Registry)
Francesca started her career far from the nautical sector, with a degree in chemistry and a master's degree in e-Business Management, she worked first for two chemical companies and then in web publishing. Later on, in 2001, Francesca joined Fabio on board his cutter as hostess and chef, gaining in this way her crewed-charter experience. At the same time she started working at InterCharter, both as web master and as yacht charter broker, these being now her full time activities, since she ended her job as a hostess in 2004.

In compliance with applicable laws, all contracts are signed between the charterer (client) and the yacht Owner. As brokers, our signature guarantees that the contract is drawn up in compliance with international laws, rules, regulations, standards and practices governing the yacht charter industry. Our fees are payable solely by the Owner and all the funds paid to us are received on behalf of the Owner.
